RJDM worked with Equipe Group to transform complex geotechnical field data capture into KeyLogbook: a connected ecosystem spanning iPhone and iPad applications, a web-based management portal, offline working, data synchronisation, reporting, AGS data and specialist geotechnical workflows.
Where it made a difference
KeyLogbook brings field and project data together at source. Teams can capture information once on site and make it available through the connected portal, reducing duplicated entry, transcription and delays between the field and office. Project teams and authorised clients gain faster access to structured information, while drillers and technicians spend less time on paperwork and more time doing the work that matters.
What we helped solve
Geotechnical fieldwork generates complex, specialist data that traditionally risks being fragmented across handwritten records, spreadsheets and repeated data entry. Working with Equipe Group, we helped turn that process into a structured digital workflow, designed around how drillers, technicians and engineers actually work on site, including situations where connectivity is limited.
What we delivered
A connected geotechnical platform spanning iPhone, iPad and a web-based management portal. KeyLogbook supports boreholes, samples, strata descriptions, field tests, machines and equipment, photographs, documents and project teams, with data synchronisation, offline working, label printing, reporting and AGS data export. RJDM continues to develop and evolve the platform alongside Equipe Group.
